Bonfire evening

We had a small Bonfire in the garden. We stood around the fire an warmed our hands. We roasted apples on the fire.

We held sparklers and tried to write our names. It was fun!

SSiM's tasty toffe apples

You need:

small apples or pieces

sticks (about 15 cm long)

450 g brown sugar

250ml water

This is what to do:

Put the sticks in the apples.

Put the sugar and the water in a saucepan and heat it.

Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.

When the mixture is thick and sticky, take the apples and dip them in the toffe.

Be careful! The toffe is very hot! 

Roast the apples over the fier!
